My son and I met Jonathan at an open house and after speaking with him for about ten minutes we decided that he would be the one to list our home and help us look for a new home to live in. Jonathan listened not only to myself but also my son as to what we were looking for. He was honest and up front with us from day one. When looking for my first home I had no real estate agent & not much of a clue of the process. Jonathan became my agent because I looked at a property he was selling. We sort of fell into each others lap & he started sending me listings. There’s 3 things I like most about Jonathan 1-he’s punctual, he will be there when he says he will. 2-he’s not a pushy salesman. When we viewed a house I didn’t like he could tell before I even said anything, he could read body language, mannerisms etc & wouldn’t push the property if he could tell I didn’t want. If it was a bad buy he was realistic & honest about it, he didn’t push the sale. 3-he follows up, if I had a question about a property either when looking or buying he would contact the selling agent & gat back to me with answers. I even referred Jonathan to a very good friend of mine who was selling their home. Hamp got it sold! I’ve been in my home just shy of a year & everything has worked out great so far.
